Hi,

I’d like to know what’s the difference between Куда-то vs куда-нибудь ?

Could it be ok to ask :
Вы едете Куда-то на новогодние праздник?

Hi Silvia,

The correct option here is Вы едете куда-нибудь на новогодние праздники? because the person who is asking this question does not know where they are going, there are many options. We use -то if there is only one option, when we know something exists, but we don't remember about it.
