Question
This is a follow-up question to a question you answered for me almost 1 year ago!
I understand that the verb учить , which usually means “teach” can also mean to study, or to learn, depending of the case of the thing being taught.
Is my understanding, as illustrated by the following examples, correct?
1) She taught Russian - “Она учила русскому языку”
2) She was studying Russian - “Она учила русский язык”
Thank you
Answer
