How to formulate verbal expression such as "I shall have been ..."
e.g. "Next week I shall have been working at the firm for 30 years"
"Next year we shall have been married for 25 years" etc.

Russian is simpler than English in this case. We say:
В следующем году уже будет 25 лет как мы женаты, на следующей неделе будет 30 лет как я работаю в фирме.
As you see, we use the expression будет ... лет как ...
