Russian Verbs врать, лгать and обманывать

Did you know that we have two synonyms that mean “to lie”, врать and лгать? The first one is used in colloquial speech and the second one, in written speech. The verb обманывать-обмануть means “to cheat on smb”.

The conjugation of the verbs врать and лгать is also quite tricky.
