Speaking Russian like a native

Question

I already speak Russian language I know maybe 60-65% of it, how many hours a day and how months do I need to to practice to speak Russian like a native to 90 % Russian native speaker.
I understand Russian very well but the problem that I can't speak fluently because I need times to think about grammar, how much time do I need to speak like a native without thinking in my situation
